2008-04-14David was my Dad. He was a loving and devoted husband to my mother and father of five children. He served in the Air Force in Viet Nam. He was humble about his service and loved our country. He taught us devotion to God, Country and Family. His four sons are all military veterans and devoted husbands and fathers. His dauther, (his Princess) is a hard working, faithfull and devoted mother. We are scattered, but we remain together, David and Mandy's family. David was my Dad, our "Pop". He was the hardest working man I ever knew, He was strict with us and his temper was to be feared. He was fun-loving and playfull. He liked to tell jokes and laugh. He was active and supportive of all of our activities. He wore his feelings on his sleeve. If he liked you, he was hard on you. If he didn't like you, well, he made that clear as well. He was absolutely devoted to (and crazy in-love with) my mother, Mandy, the love and purpose of his life. We, his devoted children, will think of him fondly with pride and love for the remainder of our lives; and on those rare ocassions when we are fortunate enough to gather from the four corners of the earth, we will be ever thankfull to him and our mom for holding us together. God's Peace and Grace Dad.
