Linda Ann Richmond
Linda passed away from cancer on May 1, 2012, surrounded by her family.
Linda was born May 18, 1947 in Taft, California, graduating from Rancho Alamitos High School in Garden Grove, California. Linda married Barney Wayne Richmond on November 25, 1967. She was a resident of many cities and states through her husband’s service in the army, settling in the Lacey/Olympia Washington area in 1977. She stayed happily married to Barney until his death on September 20, 2001.
Linda was an avid gardener and loved her dogs. She was a generous woman with a warm heart. Linda is survived by her son, Ken Richmond, mother, Ruth Gula, brother, John Gula, and sister, Judy Wardle, aunt Marlene Abbott, and many nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorial donations go to the Salvation Army at PO Box 173, Olympia, WA 98507.
